ONLINE SHOPPING
Since you need to make your purchase on our website, it's very easy:
1. SIGN UP.
2. ADD THE DESIRED QUANTITY TO YOUR CART.
3. MAKE THE PAYMENT.
4. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH THE CONFIRMATION AND ORDER NUMBER.
5. YOU MUST SEND THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO DESIGN THE ITEM TO grafimarch@gmail.com
6. WITHIN 3–4 DAYS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A VIRTUAL SAMPLE FOR DESIGN REVISION OR CONFIRMATION.
7. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER AT YOUR HOME ADDRESS SHORTLY.
DELIVERY TIMES
Wedding Invitations, Stationery Accessories: 10–12 days from the date the order is placed.
Wedding Favors: 16–18 days from the date the order is placed.
SHIPPING
WEDDING INVITATIONS
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Please send that reference number, along with the text you want for the invitations, tografimarch@gmail.com
(We will confirm receipt of this information.)
VIRTUAL TEST
Before sending your invitations to the printer, we'll send you a digital proof of what they'll look like so you can check the details, dates, times, and spelling. We won't print anything without your final approval.
DETAILS FOR GUESTS
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Please send that reference number, along with the design you want, the list of names, or any other requests you may have for personalizing the gifts, tografimarch@gmail.com(we'll confirm receipt of this information).
RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted unless they are due to a printing or material error or damage caused during shipping, in which case the item will be replaced immediately with another in perfect condition.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can contact us to arrange a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the merchandise.
In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Bodaenpapel.es will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding the initial shipping costs) within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date the merchandise is received.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a package that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can replace the item as soon as possible.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. Handling fees are a flat rate, while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping charges will apply to each one individually. We are not liable for any damage your package may sustain after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large, and your items will be well protected.
